Shannon V. Malone is a widely recognized and highly respected real estate professional in Morehead and throughout Eastern Kentucky. With deep family roots in the community spanning several generations, she combines intimate local knowledge with nearly two decades of industry experience. Shannon earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Paralegal Studies from Morehead State University while working in a local brokerage, equipping her with a strong foundation in business, management, and legal principles.

Licensed as a full-time agent since January 2006, Shannon quickly earned a reputation as the “go-to” resource for buyers, sellers, and investors.  In Feburary 2022, Shannon opened HomeLand Real Estate and in the summer of 2024 she expanded her practice by obtaining her Georgia real estate license and affiliating with Salt Marsh Realty in historic Savannah.
